Title
Adopt Resolution #15-10-248 Authorizing Signatures for Financial Transactions
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To add the City's new Assistant Finance Director, Angela McIntire, as an authorized signer for financial transactions.
Background: The City annually adopts by resolution the authorized signers to sign financial documents on behalf of the city. This was adopted by Resolution #15-01-010.
With the resignation of the City's Former Assistant Finance Director, Denelle McAlpine and the new hire of Angela McIntire for this position, Ms. McAlpine needs to be removed as an authorized signer and Ms McIntire added.
Background: The City annually adopts by resolution the authorized signers to sign financial documents on behalf of the city. This was adopted by Resolution #15-01-010.

Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution #15-10-248 which adds Assistant Finance Director, Angela McIntire, as an authorized signer of financial documents and removes Denelle McAlpine.
Action:
Motion to adopt resolution #15-10-248 Authorizing Signatures for Financial Transactions.
