Title:
Approve Council Meeting Schedule for December
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To cancel meetings due to the holidays and formally amend the meeting schedule.
Background: The City Council typically cancels their second regular meeting and work session in December due to the holidays. The second meeting(s) this year would fall on December 22, 2015 and staff is asking Council to consider canceling that meeting. If after the first meeting in December, it is determined that a second meeting is necessary, staff will reschedule such meeting.

Notification:
Upon Council action, the meeting schedule and the web page calendar will be amended to reflect the meeting changes for December.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends canceling the City Council meeting of December 22, 2015.
Action:
Motion to cancel the Council meeting (regular and work session), currently scheduled for December 22, 2015, and to direct staff to amend the meeting schedules accordingly.
