Adopt Resolution #16-02-036 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Requests are Attached.
Recommendation:
BKV Group, Inc., the project manager hired by the City, has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payments to Brennan Construction in the amounts of $58,339.50 and $37,457.55 for a total of $95,797.05.
Action:
Motion to Adopt Resolution #16-02-036 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2.
