Title:
Review Second Preliminary Draft 2016 Planning Commission Work Plan
Purpose/Background:
At the December, 2015 Regular Planning Commission Meeting, the Planning Commission directed Staff to prepare a Work Plan to outline desired policy analysis projects and workload needs. A first draft was reviewed by the Planning Commission on February 4, 2016. Staff has prepared a list of known policy topics the Planning Commission has previously directed Staff to complete, and attempted to provide initial priority to these projects.
The intent of the Work Session is to review with the Planning Commission items the Commission desires to add or delete, and provide final prioritization of projects. A scoring matrix has been prepared based on scoring from the first draft. A final draft will be presented at a future Regular Planning Commission Meeting for final review, subject to approval by the City Council.
