Title:
Review Strategic Plan
Purpose/Background:
| Purpose: To receive an update re the City's Three-Year Strategic Action Plan. Background: Attached is a "traffic-light" update of the action items within the City's three-year Strategic Plan. Based upon the most recent discussion of this item with the City Council , the traffic-light indicators have been modified to depict: Green - on track, Yellow - timing or resource concerns, and Red - on hold/stopped. Based upon this modification, regular reviews can focus on those areas where staff has identified timing and/or resource concerns of which the Council should be aware. The plan also reflects the final 2016 budget modification. The Three-Year Strategic Action Plan and an initial "traffic light" status report is attached to this report. |
