Title:
Future Business Park Update [PORTIONS OF THIS CASE MAY BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC]
Purpose/Background:
PURPOSE
(1) receive update on future business park.
(2) provide staff preliminary direction/ feedback on the alternatives outlined in the attached document.
NOTE: staff is not requesting final/ specific direction from the Council in May. This case will be brought back to the EDA/ Council in June for formal direction.
BACKGROUND
For detailed information on the future business park, the process the City has undergone to-date, and relative supplemental documents, please review the March EDA meeting agenda.

Please see attached update and alternatives document. Staff will ask for Alternative 2(B) to be discussed in closed session.

Recommendation:
No formal action requested. Staff will be sending a "Closed Session MEMO" for this case to the Council via email. Said MEMO will include feedback from the EDA's closed session discussion (05/05/2016).
Action:
No formal action requested. Provide staff preliminary direction/ feedback on the alternatives outlined in the attached document. For example, the Council is interested in further reviewing alternatives XYZ, and not interested in further reviewing ABC.
