Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property

Purpose/Background:

Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale/disposal of same:
  1. Panasonic Color Scanner – Model# KV-S7065c
  2. HP Laserjet 3390
  3. HP Laserjet M1217nfw MFP – Plus two toner cartridges
  4. One HP PC Case (Empty)
  5. Credit Card USB Swipe machines – (x9)
  6. Sony Digital8 Camcorder – Comes with tapes, batter, charger, case and various cables.
  7. Keyboards – 2 USB – 3 PS/2
  8. Ballistic Phone Case
  9. Polycom IP Conference Phone
  10. Laserjet 4200
  11. Microsoft Wireless Mouse (USB)
  12. Toshiba VCR/DVD Player
  13. One box of miscellaneous cords
  14. Monitor Stand
  15. Small File Cabinet
  16. Desktop computers (x11)
  17. Monitors (x3)
  18. Belkin Surge Protector
  19. One set of wall brackets and counters for a cubicle
  20. One set of window blinds
  21. Four-drawer Sterlite tower
  22. Two packs of USA flags (plastic)

Recommendation:

Staff recommends Council declare the above named items as surplus and authorize sale/auction/disposal of same.
