Title:
Amending HRA By-Laws - Resolution # HRA-11-05-XXX
Background:
The Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is requesting to make amendments to the HRA's organizational by-laws. The purpose of the request is to update HRA by-laws pertaining to HRA meeting dates and to update the HRA agenda format.
Article 5, section 1 will change from “Meetings shall be held on an as needed basis, the second Tuesday of the month” to “Meetings shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month.” Additionally, a section 3 is added to address worksession meetings of the HRA.
Article 7, section 1 will remove both “Roll Call” and “Committee Reports” from the regular order of business.
The requested amendments to the Ramsey HRA by-laws are presented as Resolution #HRA-11-05-XXX. For further detail of the proposed amendments please reference the attached resolution.
