Title:
Presentation Regarding Mercy and Unity Hospitals Strategy and Changes
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To receive an update with regard to "One hospital Two Campus's" - the changes and strategy for Mercy and Unity Hospitals.
Background: Mercy and Unity Hospitals are in the process of combining into one hospital. Allina Health staff described in detail the strategy at a recent North Metro Mayors Association meeting, and as a follow-up to that presentation, they have asked area cities to allow them to make a presentation at a City Council meeting.

Sara Criger, Mercy President and Craig Malm, Director of Community Engagement for Allina Health, Northwest Metro Region will be at the Council meeting this evening to make a short presentation relating to the changes.
