Title
Adopt Resolution #17-02-042 Approving a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for Sunwood Village; Case of CB Ramsey Housing Limited Partnership
Purpose/Background:
As part of the approvals for the Sunwood Village project, located at 7750 Sunwood Drive NW (the "Subject Property"), CB Ramsey Housing Limited Partnership (the "Owner") was required to enter into a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement (the "Agreement") for their underground stormwater system. Upon execution of the document, the Owner shall record the Agreement against the Subject Property. The Agreement has been reviewed by City Staff and was found to sufficiently address the maintenance needs of the underground stormwater system.

Notification is not required for this action.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with this request are the responsibility of the Applicant.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adopting Resolution #17-02-042 approving the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement.
