Title:
Adopt Resolution Approving Final Plat and Development Agreement for Vistas at North Commons; Case of Morning Sun Homes(Project No. 16-90)
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve the final plat and development agreement for a development known as Vistas at North Commons. The proposed development consists of twelve detached single-family dwellings. The project has already received preliminary plat approval.
Notification:
Observations/Alternatives:
With Preliminary Plat approval, the project has already been given 'entitlement' to the project. The purpose of the Final Plat stage is to approve the official legal document that will subdivide the lots (Plat) and the Development Agreement to memorialize that various agreements of approval to make said lots buildable.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with processing the land use application are the responsibility of the Applicant. The project does include a real estate transaction with the City.
Recommendation:
The Planning Commission recommends approval of the plat. Construction Plans are subject to approval of the City Engineer. The Development Agreement is subject to approval of the City Attorney.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution granting Final Plat and Development Agreement approval for Vistas of North Commons.
