Title
Approve Amended Communications Plan
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve the amended Communications Plan. Council previously discussed the proposed draft Communications Plan at the Work Session on February 14, 2017. The amended Communications Plan is attached to this case for review and approval.
At the Work Session on February 14, 2017, it was the consensus of the Council to approve the draft Communications Plan, with the addition of a Primary Communication Tools segment. Staff has amended the Communications Plan to include a description of the primary communication tools used to address each of the City’s key audiences, outlined in the document.
