Update: Aeon PA Extension
Purpose/Background:
RE the attached Aeon PA. Staff has received a request from Aeon to extend the closing date on this PA by two months. Like other agreements, staff requested an additional $5,000 non-refundable earnest money from Aeon in exchange for the proposed extension. That request is anticipated to reach the Council on 04/25/2017(will be an amendment).
Staff met with Aeon recently. They are moving forward this project. They are excited about working in Ramsey. They are currently finalizing the plans and specs, and preparing to apply for Plat/ Site Plan.
