Title:
Approve Strategic Plan
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: The purpose of this case is to formally approve the Strategic Plan. The City's Strategic Plan is reviewed, amended as needed, and approved on an annual basis.
Background: The Strategic Plan was reviewed and discussed at the annual Council/staff planning meeting of February 21, 2017. Revisions were discussed and a red-lined version of the plan was presented for additional discussion and comment at the April 9, 2017 City Council Work Session. Staff was directed to make the adjustments as discussed at that session and bring forward a final document for formal approval at this meeting. Such final document, marked draft until approved, is attached to this case.

Recommendation:
Staff is recommending Council approve the Strategic Action Plan.
