Review Architectural Design for Stonebrook Academy
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review the architectural design for Stonebrook Academy. The full site plan will be in front of the Planning Commission on June 1.

Recommendation:
Staff received this submittal on Friday, April 28 and his not had the opportunity to review. In the interest in maintaining the review schedule, Staff is forwarding this for review. Architectural Review in advance of full Site Plan Review is an option/not required step in the review process for The COR (current policy).
Action:
Motion to approve/not approve the architectural design for Stonebrook Academy, subject to final review by the Community Development Department as to specific code compliance.
