Title
Adopt Resolution #17-06-153 Authorizing Final Payment to DRC, Inc. for Ramsey Municipal Complex Site Demolition
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Observations/Alternatives:
Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following items from DRC, Inc.:
- IC 134 (Contractor’s Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statute 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax)
- Waiver of Mechanic’s Lien Rights (Affidavits that all claims against DRC, Inc. by reasons of the contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured)
- Consent of Surety to Final Payment (Certification from the contractor’s surety)
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to DRC, Inc. for Ramsey Municipal Complex Site Demolition the amount of $6,036.50.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #17-06-153 authorizing final payment to DRC, Inc. for Ramsey Municipal Complex Site Demolition in the amount of $6,036.50.
