Adopt Resolution #17-07-164 Granting Approval of a Revised Final Plat and Amended Development Agreement for Trott Brook Addition (Project No. 103); Case of Trott Brook Hall

On June 13, 2017, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Agreement for Trott Brook Addition, along with a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit, for a planned building and parking lot expansion for Trott Brook Hall.  The Applicant has revised the Final Plat to eliminate an outlot to accommodate the placement of a new septic system, and has also modified some of the drainage and utility easements based on the Staff Review Letter.  The elimination of the outlot does impact the development fees and therefore, an amended Development Agreement has also been prepared.

All costs associated with this request are the responsibility of the Applicant.

Staff recommends approving the revised Final Plat and amended Development Agreement for Trott Brook Addition.

Motion to adopt Resolution #17-07-164 approving a revised Final Plat and amended Development Agreement for Trott Brook Addition subject to review as to legal form by the City Attorney.
