Title:

PUBLIC HEARING: Consider Variance to Cul-de-Sac Length for Riverstone Addition Phase 1; Case of Riverstone Development, LLC (Capstone Homes)

Purpose/Background:

This case was withdrawn after a Public Hearing Notice was sent. The Developer will now be making a second connection with Phase 1 to eliminate a cul-de-sac condition that exceeds 600 feet in length. The only action necessary at this time is to close the Public Hearing to avoid any ambiguity.
