Title:
Adopt Resolution #17-09-233 Authorizing the Abatement of PID #24-32-25-12-0022 For Payable Year 2017 and Levying the Correct PID Number of 34-32-25-12-0022 For Payable Year 2017
Purpose/Background:
In 2016 The City certified to the County $125.02 for delinquent utilities on PID #34-32-25-12-0022. It recently came to the City's attention that an incorrect PID # was entered and $125.02 was instead levied to the property taxes of PID #24-32-25-12-0022.
In order for the County to correct the above PID error, they require the City to pass a resolution abating the incorrect PID number.

Notification:
The County Abatement/Addition of Special Assessment Forms are attached. One form is for the abatement of PID #24-32-25-12-0022 and the other is for the Assessment of $125.02 to PID #34-32-25-12-0022.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adoption of Resolution #17-09-233 Authorizing the Abatement of PID #24-32-25-12-0022 in the amount of $125.02 for Payable Year 2017 and Levying the Correct PID Number of 34-32-25-12-0022 in the amount of $125.02 for Payable Year 2017.
