Title
Adopt Resolution #17-10-259 Approving Development Agreement for Greenway Terrace (Project #16-84); Case of AEON, LLC
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve a Development Agreement for a private development project known as Greenway Terrace that was approved earlier this year by the City Council.
Observations/Alternatives:
Staff is currently working through a few minor clarifications with the Developer regarding the engineers estimate and stormwater fee. However existing estimates have been included in the draft development agreement based upon information currently available. Staff will continue to work with the Developer for any minor refinement that may be required regarding the fees and surety required for the development to ensure the City is protected.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution #17-10-259 approving a development agreement for Greenway Terrace.
