Purpose/Background:
The attached concepts plans are offered by Sharp and Associates for informal review. Sharp is considering purchasing the parcel in reference from the City of Ramsey. The proposed concept is an industrial building including office and warehouse space for 5 tenants.
The site is vacant and zoned E-1 Employment District. Manufacturing, offices, warehousing and storage, research or testing labs, and truck terminals with buildings are all permitted uses in this district.
