Title
Adopt Resolution #18-143 Approving Development Agreement for Riverstone 2nd Addition; Case of Riverstone Development, LLC (Capstone Homes)
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve the standard development agreement for Riverstone 2nd Addition. This agreement ensures that required improvements are completed in a timely fashion, required development fees are paid, and provides financial security in the event of default.
Notification:
Notification is not required.
Observations/Alternatives:
Please see attached Development Agreement for detailed information.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with the request are the responsibility of the Developer. There are no City dollars associated with this phase.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #18-143 approving Development Agreement for Riverstone 2nd Addition, subject to review by the City Engineer as to final surety amount and development fees.
