Title:
Public Hearing: Approve On-Sale, Patio, and Sunday Liquor License for Pleasant Valley Sunrise Group LLC dba Aurelio's Pizza.
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To approve an on-sale liquor license for Pleasant Valley Sunrise Group LLC dba Aurelio's Pizza. The license approval would also include Sunday and patio sales. The patio would require secure fencing per State requirements.
Background: Pleasant Valley Sunrise Group LLC dba Aurelio's Pizza has properly applied for an on-sale, patio and Sunday liquor license at 6415 Highway 10 NW, Suite 120.
Police Chief Katers has completed the background investigation and found everything to be in order.
This establishment is a new liquor establshment.

Staff is recommending approval of the on-sale, patio, and Sunday liquor license for Pleasant Valley Sunrise Group LLC dba Aurelio's Pizza.
