City Board and Commission Interviews

The City conducts annual board and commission interviews every March for specific seats that are vacant and for terms that are set to expire on March 31, with new terms beginning on April 1.  There are 12 applicants for 6 positions, and interviews are scheduled for 15 minutes each.  The first interview will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the last interview beginning at 9:00 p.m.  

The Mayor and Council Members will be considering several new applicants and incumbents for appointment or reappointment to new terms which begin on April 1.  Per Minnesota Statue 469.095 (attached), the Mayor appoints members to the Economic Development Authority.  The City Council will receive a separate packet with specific non-public applicant information.
