Title:
Annual Strategic Planning
Purpose/Background:
Each year, the City Council and city leadership staff review the city's strategic plan and make updates as necessary. The City reviewed the current Strategic Plan at a work session on February 12, February 19 and March 12 to review the organizational values, vision, mission, and objectives and strategies.
The purpose of tonight's session is to review the action items that staff has prepared for consideration. The attached strategic plan document contains 31 action items to consider. Each of these items is intended to help the city to achieve one or more of the strategies listed.
