Title:
Review Concept Plan for Anderson Dahlen
Purpose/Background:
The City has received a concept plan for a second building for Anderson Dahlen to meet their expanding building needs. This would be a second building/campus on a portion of 14251 Jaspar St NW. The site is currently owned by the City, with a majority of the site reserved for a future Public Work Campus. Approximately nine (9) acres is available for industrial development.
The intent of this case is as follows:

- Does the Planning Commission want Staff to get this project to the finish line? If so, Staff will chart a course with future cases on exactly how to get there?
- Are there any red flags in the concept plan?
- Are there questions the Planning Commission wants answered with any future official application?

This is not an official application and purely conceptual in nature. A formal Staff Review has not yet been completed.

This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
