Adopt Resolution #19-095 Authorizing the Sale of Lot 25, Block 1, Harvest Estates; Case of Meadow Creek Builders, Inc.

PURPOSE
Consider adoption of Resolution #19-095 Authorizing the Sale of Lot 25, Block 1, Harvest Estates. As required by the Anoka County Recorder's Office, the city must pass resolution authorizing the sale of city-owned land to ensure a smooth recording of the deed.  The city has already approved a purchase agreement.

BACKGROUND
The City has entered into a purchase agreement with Meadow Creek Builders, Inc. and has approved the Final Plat for Harvest Estates Second Addition.  A sales ordinance has been previously published and adopted. A resolution authorizing the sale is needed to close.

Notification is not required.

Adoption of Resolution #19-095 is required to close on the real estate transaction for Lot 25, Block 1, Harvest Estates.

This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
