Ramsey's representative on the Metropolitan Council, Mr. Ed Reynoso, would like to make a brief presentation, following-up on this evening's work session discussion.

Recognize Park and Recreation Commission Chair, Melody Shryock's Service to the Community, and her receipt of the Minnesota Recreation and Park Association Board and Commission Award
3.
Staff would like to review the City's new Citizen Request Management (CRM) service with the Council and the public.

Report from the Personnel Committee - March 12, 2013
1) Resolution to Hire a City Engineer and to Approve a Transition Period with the Engineering Consultant: This case was approved by the City Council after the Personnel Committee made their recommendation earlier in the evening of March 12. No further action is necessary.
2) Resolution to Approve a Two-Year Labor Agreement with LELS-Patrol and LELS-Sergeants: Adopt Resolution #13-03-064 to Approve a Two-Year Labor Agreement with LELS-Patrol and LELS-Sergeants
