Consider a recommendation for PO approval to New Mexico Gas Company in the amount of $152,778.09 which includes GRT for extension of natural gas service to the southeast area of the Roswell Air Center.
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack
City has been working on utility extension to the southeast area of the Roswell Air Center to enable additional development. New Mexico Gas Company was contacted to provide a quote for extension of natural gas service. Cost of extension to be funded by grant 24-I4050 in cooperation with Chaves County. Grant currently has $363,895.25 unobligated.

Contract has been submitted to City Attorney for review.
