ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorization for PO approval to San Bar Construction Corporation in the amount of $96,760.95 which includes GRT for re-striping of City roads. (Corn/MacCornack)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack
City street maintenance budget includes $150,000 for city-wide re-striping of streets. $50,000 has already been obligated to replace roadway stripe and pavement markings obliterated during pavement maintenance projects. Quote was obtained using NMDOT State Wide Price Agreement 21-80500-22-16928. San Bar is currently the lowest bidder on the Price Agreement.
This striping work is being scheduled for Spring 2025.

Current FY 25 Road Fund has $100,000 identified for road striping maintenance.

Infrastructure Committee referred to Finance Committee 5-0 at their meeting on 1/27/25. Finance Committee on 2/6/2025 voted (5-0) to recommend approval of this item to February 2025 City Council.

Consider recommending authorization for PO approval to San Bar Construction Corporation in the amount of $96,760.95 which includes GRT for re-striping of City roads.
