A budget adjustment for $186,050.93 was approved by the city council on January 9, 2025, to utilize State Appropriations grant 23-H2930 for funding the terminal improvement design; main men and women's bathrooms, east side entrance men and women's restrooms, and standby generator from Molzen Corbin.

Legal Committee referred to the Finance Committee at their meeting on January 30, 2025. Voice vote 5-0. Finance Committee recommended approval 5-0 at their meeting on 2/6/25.
