BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Legal / Airport
Ordinance 24-04 provided for the sale of approximately 45 acres of land to a modular home manufacturer at the old millennium bus site. FAA has granted the Release necessary to sell the land. As an administrative matter, the FAA requests a Resolution accepting the Deed of Release. Ordinance 24-04 already allows for the acceptance of the release
