BACKGROUND:
Initiated by Michelle Sanchez
NCAR requests to enter a one (1) year lease for bldg. 117 consisting of 5,520 square feet of useable space, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2026.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as annual rent for building 117, the sum of ($24,840.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $2070.00.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Has been sent to City Attorney for review.
