ACTION REQUESTED:
Recommend award of Inclusive Park Phase 3 Project to Abraham’s Construction Inc. in the amount of $342,172.76 which includes GRT.
BACKGROUND:

Bids received on April 8, 2025 for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. One bid was received as follows: (Amounts include Tax of 7.8958%).
1. Abraham’s Construction Inc. $369,170.87
Please note that current funding is only $342,172.76. The City of Roswell has funding from two Legislative appropriations dedicated to the Inclusive Park available. Appropriation 22-G2779 has a remaining balance of $142,172.76. Appropriation 23-H2391 has full funding in the amount of $200,000.00. Total amount available is $342,172.76.
Upon completion of review, Abraham’s Construction Inc. is the qualified low bid. I hereby recommend award of this project to Abraham’s Construction in the amount of $342,172.76. Abraham’s Construction is willing to accept award of project at this amount
