FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
The total purchase price for the property shall be $60,240.00. This property was independently appraised at $60,240.00 for the 7.53 Acres.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the Purchase and Sale Contract from Amazon.com Services LLC., and this item has been submitted to Legal Comittee for review.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee was the first to consider this item at the 4/24/2025 meeting. Ordinance 25-03 was passed to the Full City Council 3-0.
