BACKGROUND:

This item is requesting approval to award the construction of the Air Center Terminal Restrooms to White Rock Construction in the amount of $484,818.99 (including GRT). The project includes the renovation and updating of two sets of restrooms at the Air Center terminal building per the construction drawings provided by Molzen Corbin. A Request for Quotes was issued to all vendors through RFP 23-013, and this was the only quote received. The proposed cost is less than the engineer's estimate. Project completion is anticipated prior to September 1st.
