BACKGROUND:

Roswell Property Management Group F2 LLC is the owner of the two lots zoned C-2 and I-1 immediately north of 9th Street between N. Virginia and N. RLJ Investments, LLC owns the 2 lots zoned I-1 between E 9th Street and E 8th Street and between the alley and N Virginia Avenue. The application for Zoning Case VAC-25-0007, signed by Thomas Krumland and Richard Rhoads, requests the City consider vacating the public right-of-way on that portion of 9th Street between N Main Street and N Virginia Avenue and vacating the adjacent north and south alley rights-of-way as part of a plan to potentially adjust lot lines to create a one-way service lane for Roswell Ford on 9th Street and secure alley access to the properties.
