ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval of resolution 25-xx to set fees charged at the Nancy Lopez Spring River Golf Course.
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Jim Burress
The current rates/fees have been the same since 2014/2015 fiscal year.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Due to inflation, our costs have gone up.
LEGAL REVIEW:
No legal review at this time.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Consider approval to restructure and increase all rates and fees at Nancy Lopez Golf course at Spring River.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve new rates/fees and move to full counsel.
