ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider sending Resolution 25-XX to Finance Committee for approval of financial support for FY2027.
BACKGROUND:
NMDOT requires a resolution of financial support every year in August for the following fiscal year. The budget that we are submitting to NMDOT for FY2027 includes $952,171.12 in financial support from the City of Roswell.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
FY2027 financial support from the City of Roswell in the amount of $952,171.12.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Legal has reviewed the resolution from prior years.
