Resolution 25-39:Financial Support for Roswell Transit FY27- adoption of Resolution 25-39 to provide financial support to Roswell Transit for FY2027. (Corn/Hicks)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Becky Hicks
NMDOT (New Mexico Department of Transportation) requires a resolution of financial support every year in August for the following fiscal year. The budget that we are submitting to NMDOT for FY2027 includes $952,171.12 in financial support from the City of Roswell.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
FY27 financial support from the City of Roswell in the amount of $952,171.12.

Legal has reviewed the resolution in prior years.

The Finance Committee recommended approval 5-0 at its meeting on August 7, 2025.
