ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval for PO to Custom Construction II in the amount of $984,756.40 for the demolition of Buildings 112 and 115. (Corn/Thompson)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Bobbi Thompson
Demolition of Buildings 112 and 115 is required due to the fire damage sustained at the Air Center, which rendered both buildings structurally unsound and unsafe for occupancy. The demolition will ensure the safety of the surrounding area and allow for future redevelopment. This project will be utilizing ITB-23-001 Building Demolitions.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Funding Source: An increase to expense line item 51004332 652421 in the amount of $1,062,510.80.
Funds will be utilized from the insurance claim. A budget transfer will need to be conducted.
