BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Alison Herring
NM State Department of Finance Administration provided a direct-pay grant for Artificial Intelligence (AI) modules to assist dispatch centers on the 911 side of their services. There are two additional modules offered that would assist Dispatch with their administrative duties as the majority of call volume and task load for the center is in radio dispatching and non-emergent administrative call handling.
