BACKGROUND:

Bravo-3 Holdings, LLC requests to enter into a 5-year lease for Bunker No. 1143, consisting of 2,147 square feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on August 1, 2025, and ending July 31, 2030.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay the LandLord as rent the sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred, Seventy-Five Dollars and Fifty-Six cents ($4,975.56), payable in 12 monthly installments of $414.63.
LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
