FEMA is requesting a lease amendment for building 611, consisting of 18,784 sq ft more or less, for emergency response administration and logistical operations. The lease term is 12 months with a 3-month firm commitment.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay rent of one hundred seventy-nine thousand and eight hundred eighty-eight dollars. (179,880.00) annum, payable in 12 monthly installments of $14,990.00.

City attorney has reviewed this amendment.
