Capital Projects were approved in the budgeting process for FY26 but no money was allocated to the budget lines. We are asking for:
From Collections:

• $920,158 for the two (2) new Side-Load trucks
• $149,200 for Roll-Off Containers

From Landfill

• $338,456 for replacing the HVAC system for the Admin Office/Shop plus other miscellaneous infrastructure improvements
• $61,032 for the rebuild of the John Deer Grader

Total of Collections $1,069,358 & Landfill $548,688 for a grand total of $1,468,846.
 

An increase to the following lines

• Capital Outlay Vehicles 52004341-817506:     $920,158
   
• Capital Outlay-Equipment 52004341-817505:     $149,200
   
• Capital Outlay-Infrastructure 52014342-817504:     $338,456
   
• M&R Equipment 52014342-614004:     $61,032

for a total of Collections $1,069,358 & Landfill $399,488.
