Approval for FEMA to enter into a 1-year lease beginning August 10, 2025, and ending July 31, 2026, for Building 611, at the Roswell Air Center. (Heldenbrand/Sanchez)

FEMA is requesting a lease amendment for Building 611, consisting of 18,784 sq ft more or less, for emergency response administration and logistical operations. The lease term is 12 months with a 3-month firm commitment.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay rent of one hundred seventy-nine thousand and eight hundred eighty-eight dollars. (179,880.00) per annum, payable in 12 monthly installments of $14,990.00.

City attorney has reviewed this amendment.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended approval 4-0 at its meeting on September 25, 2025.
