ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending approval of the City of Roswell Police Department to enter into a five-year lease beginning December 1, 2025, and ending November 30, 2030, for building No. 500 at the Roswell Air Center.
BACKGROUND:

The City of Roswell Police Department requests to enter into a five-year lease for building No. 500, consisting of 23,000 square feet and adjacent area of land consisting of five acres, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on December 1, 2025, and ending November 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
The tenant agrees to pay landlord as rent the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-eight thousand dollars and zero cents ($368,000.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $30,666.67.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
