BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Michelle Sanchez
City of Roswell Police Department requests to enter into a 5-year lease for Building No. 500, consisting of 23,000 square feet and adjacent area of land consisting of 5 acres, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on December 1, 2025, and ending November 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as rent the sum of three hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars and zero cents ($368,000.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $30,666.67.
LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee meeting on November 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., referred the item to the Special City Council Meeting on November 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
