BACKGROUND:

City of Roswell Museum requests to enter into a 5-year lease of Building No. 1081, consisting of 8,152 feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on December 1, 2025, and ending November 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay sixty-one thousand one hundred fourteen dollars and zero cents ($61,114.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $5,095.00.

City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee referred this item on their November 18, 2025, meeting at 2:00 p.m., to the Special City Council Meeting on November 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
