Bids received on November 12, 2025 for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. Three bids were received 1. Abrahams Construction, Albuquerque, NM 2. J&H Services, Inc, Albuquerque, NM 3. KE&G Construction, Inc, Tucson, AZ.
Please see attached recommendation of award letter. The average of Abraham’s Construction unit prices on this bid is $146.04, J&H Services average unit price is $1,308.54, and KE&G Construction average unit price is $4,360.85.
